Quikval provides business valuation services specializing in restaurants and franchise operations. Our valuations are prepared using proprietary methodologies and are intended for specific purposes as outlined in individual engagement agreements.

3. Valuation Services

Our valuation reports are prepared for specific purposes and intended users as defined in our engagement letters. Unless specifically stated, our valuations are not intended to be:

  • IRS-compliant appraisals (unless explicitly stated)
  • USPAP-compliant appraisals (unless explicitly stated)
  • Used for purposes other than those specified in the engagement
  • Relied upon by parties other than the intended users

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Quik Valuation methodology, is the property of Quikval and is protected by intellectual property laws. Valuation reports are provided for the client's use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Information provided to us for valuation purposes will not be disclosed to third parties without client consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quikval's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific valuation service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our valuations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.
